Poor quality of the air can badly affect humans. It can badly affect the cardio system and the respiratory system as well. It is mainly to release old air and then inhale fresh air going to the lungs. But there is something you can do to boost your respiratory health and these are known as lung friendly foods only few people know about.

Green tea

These are the most inexpensive and healthiest as well. Some of the health experts consider onions as a super food. Onions are rich in vitamins C, vitamin B and antioxidant that fight cancer as well. They also contain queretin that helps in preventing lung cancer.

Protein from meat, fish & eggs

Protein is important in every part of the body; it helps in rebuilding tissues and keeps the respiratory muscles going even under anguish. Fish are rich in fatty acids and can lessen inflammation and it provides healthy fats to keep the muscles healthy. The vitamin B can help in the reduction of lung cancer. Those who are vegans can eat beans and cereals as a part of their daily diet.
