Healthy fruit juices - nutritions and benefits it offers

Juices are the way to get liquid and extra nutrition’s in the body. I would recommend trying to go the freshly squeezed juice without any added sugar or chemicals.

Below are the list of few healthy juices to drink and the benefits it offer.

Juice: Cranberry

It’s rich in Vitamin C& E, antioxidants, heart-healthy flavonoids, antibacterial properties, and polyphones, and minerals (copper, potassium, calcium & Iron).

Benefits: The health benefits of cranberry juice include relief from urinary tract infection, respiratory disorders, kidney stones, cancer, and heart disease. It is also beneficial in preventing stomach disorders and diabetes, as well as gum diseases caused by dental plaque.

Juice: Apple

It’s rich in Polyphenols antioxidants, potassium, iron, vitamin C, and phenolic compounds.

Benefits: Everybody is familiar with the fact that “An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away”. This statement shows the significance of eating apple and drinking apple juice. Apple juice promotes healthy body due to its enough power packed disease fighting vitamins. Polyphenols antioxidants found in apple juice helps fight cancer. Apple juice is associated with important phytonutrients, which counter many health hazards like cancer, asthma, cardiovascular disease and blood pressure. Apple juice is also loaded with flavonoids, which is effective in prevention of asthma attacks.  Because of its antioxidants content, it reduces the risk of many chronic diseases. Apple is the richest source of phenolic compounds, which is directly absorbed into the blood stream. Juice: Grape (Red)

It’s rich in Resveratrol (a compound in red grape skins that may fight cancer), vitamin C, potassium, and Flavonoids Antioxidants.
Benefits: Grape juice keeps heart healthy, prevents cancer and reduces the formation of clots in blood vessels and lower blood pressure.

Juice: Pomegranate

It’s rich in Antioxidants, ellagic acid (which may block reproduction of cancer cells), vitamin C, potassium, fiber, vitamins, minerals and bioactive plant compounds

Benefits: Most powerful anti-oxidant of all fruits, it lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol and other cardiac risk factor, prevent heart attacks, strokes and embolic disease and protect against depression and osteoporosis.

It’s rich in Vitamin C, potassium, lycopene (an antioxidant), beta-carotene, and Naringenin
Benefits: Grapefruit provides us with benefits other than vitamin C — from protecting us against certain cancers to boosting our metabolism. Vitamin C in grapefruit juice strengthens and supports our immune system and reduces the risk of certain cancer, reduce the severity of cold symptoms, and act as a natural antihistamine. Grapefruit is a popular diet staple among those looking to lose weight. A high metabolism can continue to burn fat in the body even when it is resting. Naringenin — known for its bitter taste of grapefruit — has been found to successfully prevent the formation of kidney cysts.

Juice: Orange

It’s rich in Vitamin C, potassium, folate, minerals, vitamin A, thiamin, folate, potassium, fiber, proteins, copper, magnesium, flavonoids, and hesperidin

Benefits: Orange juice offers wide range of health benefits, which include its ability to boost immune system function, reduce signs of aging, protect against cancer, boost cellular repair and metabolism, detoxify the body, improve circulation, improves blood pressure, reduces inflammation, and lowers cholesterol levels.

Juice: Pineapple

It’s rich in Vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B6, folate, Iron, and enzyme bromelai
Benefits: The vitamin C in pineapple juice may also help to protect against heart disease.Pineapple juice contains the enzyme bromelain, which is a natural anti-inflammatory agent and digestive enzyme. One cup of pineapple juice contains 11 percent of your recommended daily allowance of folate and 19 percent of vitamin B-6.

Juice: Tomato

It’s rich in  Potassium, lycopene, vitamin C, beta-carotene,  Vitamins  A and K, and all of the B vitamins, iron, magnesium, and phosphorous, niacin, potassium, folate, and vitamin B6 content.
Benefits: Tomato juice reduces a person’s risk for prostate cancer, improves your digestive system, prevent constipation, lower cholesterol, reduces risk of cancer, prevent and manage heart disease.
