250 grams cottage cheese/paneer
4 to 5 medium ripe and red tomatoes/tamatar
2 to 3 tbsp dairy cream
3 tsp oil
1 bay leaf/tej patta
1 tsp ginger paste
1 can chick peas
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt (or according to taste)
5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup tahini, stirred well
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for serving
